It’s been a couple of weeks since I made my last post. I have not given up writing (I know some of you are sighing in disgust), I have been very busy at work that has left this feeble mind weary at the end of the day My eyes tell me that I can’t look at a computer screen all day long.
I have been thinking a lot about my next few posts. One will be about the condition of America from my perspective. Another will be from the series “Things I Don’t Understand…” this time it will be about elitist. And thirdly, I will be writing about “The Early Years” which will be maybe the first five years of being married.
I had been searching for our family photo album for a few months and finally found it behind the Christmas tree in the closet. I have started the process of moving the photos to my computer, so that I can share some of them with you.
Well, it’s time to get to work. Oh, that reminds me, on my way home a few days ago, I was going through the stations on Sirius. My attention was caught by an old James Brown song called “Get Up, Get Into It, Get Involved” (1970). My thoughts went strangely to my church. I doubt Brother Greg or Brother Dale would endorse the song as a theme for us, but I would like to see more of us, “Get Up, Get Into It, Get Involved”.
What’s your thoughts?
