“Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your request be made known to God; and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.” Philippians 4:6-7 NKJV
We live in a hard and difficult world, but I believe that God cares for you and for me and would have you pray to Him asking for His will to be done. If you would like me to pray with you, please fill in the comment box or you may send me a message via Facebook “Messenger” (Steve Elkins).
Brother Steve, I have been blessed by your blog today. Thank you so much for writing, for sharing your heart, and encouraging mine. Please pray for Bill’s 90-year-old mother who injured her back last week and is in rehab now. Bill’s Dad passed away 6 years ago, and Mom is, of course, still grieving after 60+ years of marriage. Bill’s own health is not good, but Mom expects him to do things for her as if he were still a teenage boy. She doesn’t understand. This is really wearing on Bill. Thank you for being so caring and loving of your friends at church. I am praying for you.

Thank you Rosemary. I will be in prayer for Bill and his mother. It must be so hard for her at her age.
